Construction will equal or exceed highest quality industry standards. If you find any discrepancy in fabrication, notify us within 30 days and we will promptly repair or replace the window treatment to your total satisfaction.

3. Promptness

We guarantee that your installer will arrive at your home on time or within one hour of the appointment time scheduled and that you will be notified in the event of any delay. Now for the REALLY amazing part, if for any reason your consultant or installation technician does not arrive on time as scheduled, you will receive a $25 Gift Certificate and our sincere apology.

4. Installation

Your time is very valuable. We promise that the installation of your window coverings shall be correct the 1^st time and will meet or exceed your expectations. If for any reason, we have to make a repeat trip to your location to finish an installation (unless previously agreed) you will receive a $25 Gift Certificate and our sincere apology.
